The only acceptable forms of payment include:
Cash (preferred) & Square (+4% fee).
I DO NOT accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay or any other electronic app as a form of payment.
For services requiring a deposit please send via Square or in person. All deposits go towards your service & are NONREFUNDABLE. By scheduling your appointment & paying your deposit, you are agreeing to reading & accepting this policy. You will have up to 3 months from initial deposit date to to use deposit as a credit if you decide not to complete the initial service at original date.
Braided services are longer than butt length (nothing longer). If you desire shorter braids please indicate that in the comments when booking.
Please read descriptions under each service to ensure that you are scheduling for the correct service to avoid any rescheduling &/or canceling of appointments .
In hopes to avoid the potential spread of COVID-19, masks are still REQUIRED in Loft 3. No exceptions - vaccinated or not. You will be asked to leave if you are uncooperative.
